MAUREEN THORSON lives in Washington, DC, where she is a lawyer, when she is not making many many beautiful tiny books. Ugly Duckling published Novelty Act, and she is also the author of The Spectacle of Meat.
 
DAN GUTSTEIN is in the final year of a visiting appointment at George Washington University, where he teaches creative writing. His collection, non/fiction, is due out from Edge Books next year.
