The Fall 2005 DCPoetry season comes to a fantastic conclusion this Sunday, December 18 at 3pm at the DC Arts Center, when the in your ear reading series presents poetry by Hassen and Chris Nealon.

HASSEN lives & writes in the Philadelphia area. poems can be found in Skanky Possum, Nedge, 100 Days from Barque Press, Frequency audio magazine, as well as online at <http://dusie.org> and <http://theminimag.com>. Chapbooks include Sky Journal: From Land, Sky Journal: From Sea, Salem from Belladonna Press and Crabapples with the Philly Sound
poets published by Furniture Press.

CHRIS NEALON grew up in Binghamton, NY, did some stuff for about 30 years, then started teaching in the English Department at UC Berkeley in 1996. In addition to a book of poems, The Joyous Age (Black Square Editions, 2004), He brought out a book called Foundlings: Lesbian and Gay Historical Emotion from Duke University Press in 2001. He has a poem (written with Joshua Clover) in the current Chain, and a few things forthcoming in No: A
Journal Of The Arts. He lives 2/3 of the year in San Francisco, and roosts in DC in the fall.
